Services

Everything a building needs, under one contract.

Our capabilities are grouped into five areas. Most projects draw on more than one — and carrying them together is exactly why the hand-offs between trades stop being your problem.

01

General Contracting

Ground-up commercial and industrial construction, managed from the first consultation through closeout.

We act as your single point of accountability: scope and budget up front, then permitting, subcontractor coordination, inspections and schedule management until the building is yours. On most projects we are also the ones holding the drawings on site.

  • New commercial construction
  • Industrial construction
  • Project management & coordination
  • Demolition
  • Concrete
  • Masonry
  • Doors, windows & glazing
  • Ceilings
02

Renovations & Fit-Ups

Tenant fit-ups and interior renovations, sequenced so the rest of your building keeps operating.

Most of our work is inside buildings someone is already using. We phase the work, protect the occupied areas, and schedule the loud and disruptive scopes around your hours rather than ours — which is why a fit-up next to a working office or dining room does not cost you the week.

  • Commercial & industrial fit-ups
  • Tenant improvements
  • Interior renovations
  • Repairs & alterations
  • Flooring
  • Painting
  • Ceilings & partitions
03

Mechanical & Electrical

HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection — coordinated under one contract instead of five.

Mechanical and electrical scopes are where commercial projects usually come apart, because nobody owns the hand-offs between them. We carry them under the same contract as the build, so the ductwork, the sprinkler main and the panel schedule get resolved against each other before anyone opens a ceiling.

  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Fire protection & sprinkler systems
  • Fire suppression
  • Electronic security
04

Exterior & Site Work

Everything outside the walls, from site preparation to the sign over the door.

Site work sets the schedule for everything that follows it, and in New Hampshire it sets the schedule around the weather. We plan the exterior scopes early so a frost date or a paving window never becomes the reason a tenant opens late.

  • Site preparation & exterior work
  • Concrete & paving
  • Landscaping
  • Sign installation
  • Exterior repairs
05

Maintenance & Repairs

Ongoing building maintenance and repairs, from a contractor who already knows the building.

For a lot of our clients this is the relationship that started everything else — we fixed something once, and then we became the ones who maintain the building.

  • Ongoing building maintenance
  • Preventive & scheduled repairs
  • Painting & finish upkeep
  • Facility punch work

Need something that isn’t listed?

After 50 years there is not much in a commercial building we have not had to deal with. Ask — and if it is genuinely not our work, we will tell you who does it well.
