A contractor measured in decades, not projects

The business was founded in 1976 and incorporated as Nash Construction, LLC in 1999. It has been operating in and around Nashua ever since — long enough that a lot of our work now comes from clients we first did something small for years ago.

We stayed deliberately focused: commercial, industrial, and residential work, close to home. We are not trying to be a statewide builder. We are trying to be the contractor a facilities manager in Nashua or Manchester calls first, and keeps calling.

That is also why the person who scopes your project is the person who sees it through the punch list. There is no hand-off to a team you have not met.

How we work

Four phases, no surprises in between.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We walk the space, ask what the building has to keep doing while we work, and tell you honestly what the scope involves.

  2. 02

    Scope & Budget

A written scope and a budget you can take to ownership or a landlord — before anyone pulls a permit.

  3. 03

    Project Management

One project manager owning the schedule, the subs and the inspections, with updates you do not have to chase.

  4. 04

    Completion

Punch list closed, inspections signed off, and a contractor who still answers the phone after the final invoice.
